Shipping inside the United States is free. There is no minimum and no threshold to reach.
What it costs
Nothing. Free shipping on every US order. The price you see on the product is the price you pay.
Where we ship
The United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses.
We do not ship outside the US yet. If you are abroad and want something, write to us and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.
How long it takes
- We pack your order within two business days. Everything is made in small batches, so now and then a product is curing and we wait a day for it.
- Then three to seven business days in the post, depending how far you are from Washington, DC.
If a batch is going to hold your order up longer than that, we email you. We would rather tell you than leave you guessing.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email when your order leaves us. If it has been more than three business days and you have not had one, write to us.
Reach a person
One of us reads every message. We answer within one business day.
If it goes missing
Tell us. We will chase the carrier, and if it does not turn up we replace the order or refund you. Losing a parcel is our problem to solve, not yours.
Wrong address
If you typed the address wrong, email us straight away. If it has not shipped we can fix it. If it has already gone we will help you chase it, and if it comes back to us we will resend it at no cost.
